Engine 7 is located at 873 Genesee Street in the far southwest part of the city.  This two-bay firehouse was built in the 1890s to house Engine 21, which has long since been disbanded.  Engine 7’s district includes the University of Rochester, Genesee Valley Park, and they also respond to the Greater Rochester International Airport along with the Airport Fire Department. Engine 7 is assigned a 1998 E-One Cyclone II with a 1250 gpm Hale pump and 500-gallon booster tank.
