Engine 3 responds
with a 2001 E-One Cyclone II with a 1250 gpm Hale pump and a
500-gallon booster tank, from their quarters at 1051 Emerson Street
on the far west side of the city. Engine 3 has the most diverse
district in the city, with heavy industry, bulk petroleum storage,
scrap metal yards, a waste transfer station, the I-490 expressway,
one-story bungalows, and 21/2 story frame
