Engine 13 is assigned a 2001 E-One Cyclone II pumper with a 1250 gpm Hale pump and 500-gallon booster tank.  They are quartered at 272 Allen Street.  (Quint & Midi 8)  Their previous quarters located at 640 South Plymouth Avenue was closed March of 2006 due to unsafe building conditions.  The firehouse picture below is of their old quarters located at 640 South Plymouth Avenue.  Their district includes downtown, the Genesee River, and the historic Corn Hill neighborhood.  Engine 13 and Quint/Midi 7 are both designated the High Rise Team, and will respond together to hi-rise incidents throughout the city.
